What a nutrient score actually measures
A nutrient score is not a diagnosis. Vitamin maps a lab value onto shared biomarker ranges, including sex-specific thresholds, and scores it from 0 to 100. The same ranges drive the app, the plan, and the doctor report, so a number you see on Home is the number the plan was built from. Dose suggestions are then checked against internal limits, and known conflicts such as warfarin with vitamin K are blocked.
